We offer a fast delivery service and a full guarantee on all orders.
We can only dispatch your order to your PayPal address at the time of ordering.
All orders to the UK are dispatched by Royal Mail. This includes England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands.
We also offer Interlink courier service for expedited delivery; this includes England, Scotland, Wales, but no islands or highlands.
All international orders to the rest of world are dispatched by Royal Mail airmail. (Does not include Africa)

ROYAL MAIL TO THE UK
• We offer a FREE delivery service by Royal Mail first class post on all items.
• If you would like to opt for a recorded delivery service, then you can upgrade to Royal Mail first class recorded delivery for just £1.00. (This includes an additional charge on every item)
This means that this parcel will be signed for on delivery.
• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Your order is important to us and so is our FAST DELIVERY TIME promise.
• All orders received are dispatched the same day where possible, but by close of business the next working day.
• The Royal Mail first Class delivery service aims to deliver the next day, (however this is not guaranteed so in some cases can take a little longer.)
• If we cannot keep our customer promise to you, we will email you to let you know with an estimated real-time dispatch time, just to keep you in the picture.
If you would like us to expedite your order and dispatch the same day, we need to receive your order by 10:30am and you need to select our NEXT DAY DELIVERY courier service, at an additional cost.
• If you would like NEXT DAY DELIVERY, then you can upgrade to Interlink courier service for £6.45. (This is just one charge for items up to 30kg in weight) This includes an email service to notify you of the estimated delivery time.
ROYAL AIR MAIL TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
The Royal mail estimate these delivery times:
Western Europe within 3 working days, Eastern Europe within five working days, Rest of World within seven working days. (However this is not guaranteed)
WHAT TO DO IF MY PARCEL IS DELAYED
We can track & Trace your parcel if it is being delivered by Interlink courier service. If for whatever reason they have tried to deliver but could not , you can arrange for them to re-deliver the next day.
Royal mail recorded delivery includes a tracking number for each parcel, this will tell us if the royal mail have attempted to deliver the parcel, or if it is still on route.
However if your parcel does get lost in the post we offer a full guarantee that we will send your order out to you again. We normally give a period of time until we call the parcel lost, as in many cases it has been held up and is delivered late. For the UK, we wait 15 working days, for over-seas we wait 20 working days and then if you goods have still not arrived we will send them again.
All of our products can be purchased on Ebay by using PAYPAL. This secure payment gateway ensures that your online payment is safe. It also guarantees that you will receive a direct refund through paypal from Indigo Herbs if you wish to return the goods. (See returns policy)

Refunds & Returns
If you wish to cancel your purchase, under the distance selling regulations you have a period of seven working days from receiving your goods to do so. However at Indigo Herbs we extend that period to 30 working days. Please return the unopened products to the address below, with a note of your order no and reason for cancellation. When we receive the returned goods we will refund you via paypal for the sale price of the purchase. (Not including additional postage costs)
If you are not satisfied with your products
Please get in touch, and we will arrange to send a replacement product or arrange a refund (if the product is unopened.)
All postage and package costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless we delivered an item to you in error, or the item is damaged or faulty.
